These terms set the rules for using sivelto.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who we are
The site is run by Sivelto SRL, referred to below as “Sivelto” or “we”.
You can write to us at contact@sivelto.com or call 0770 262 969.
What you’ll find on the site
The site presents our services, web development, AI automations, Meta ads and web platforms, along with projects completed by our team. The information is for presentation only and is not a binding offer.
Quote requests and working together
Sending a request through the form or any other channel creates no obligations for either side. After we talk, we send you a proposal. Every collaboration is based on an accepted proposal or a separate contract, which sets out the work, the price, the deadlines and the payment terms. Where these terms and the contract differ, the contract applies.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, graphics, animations, logo and the Sivelto name belong to Sivelto or are used with legal right. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.
Portfolio projects are shown as examples of our work. Clients’ names, trademarks and website content belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
The site links to websites we built for clients and to other services (for example WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram). We’re not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those sites.
Using the site
Please don’t use the site in ways that could harm how it works or its security, don’t try to access our systems without authorisation, and don’t send false or illegal content or bulk unsolicited messages through the form.
Liability
We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date and the site running without interruption, but we can’t guarantee that at every moment. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for damage resulting from using the site or being unable to use it.
Personal data and cookies
How we process your data is described in our Privacy policy. You can read about cookies and browser storage in our Cookie policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably, so write to us at contact@sivelto.com. If we can’t reach an agreement, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
If you’re a consumer, you can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (anpc.ro) or use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Changes
We may update these terms when the site, our services or the law change. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
