This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit sivelto.com or contact us, why we do it and what rights you have. We kept it as simple as possible without leaving anything important out.
Who we are
The controller of your data is Sivelto SRL, referred to below as “Sivelto” or “we”.
For any question about your data, write to us at contact@sivelto.com or call 0770 262 969.
What data we collect
When you fill in the quote request form:
- your name and phone number (required);
- your email address (optional);
- the services you’re interested in;
- your answers about your business and project, depending on the services you pick: what your business does, what you need, your team size, your website, details about the ads you run, when you’d like to start and your estimated budget;
- your consent to be contacted about the request.
Along with the request we automatically send some technical details that help us understand it: the page you sent it from, the site language, the date and time, the page that referred you to us and, if you came from an ad, the campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source, fbclid or gclid).
When you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you give us in the conversation: your name, phone number or email address and what you write.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical connection data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to keep the site running and secure.
We don’t use cookies and we don’t install analytics or ad-tracking tools. The details are in our Cookie policy.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Answering your request and preparing a proposal | Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a contract, and Art. 6(1)(a), the consent you tick in the form |
| Running the project, if we work together | Art. 6(1)(b), performance of the contract |
| Issuing invoices and keeping accounting records | Art. 6(1)(c), legal obligations |
| Learning which campaigns bring requests, to invest better in ads | Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest |
| Keeping the site working and secure | Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest |
We don’t use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we don’t sell it.
Who we share it with
The data you send us, through the form or directly, comes to us, the Sivelto team. We don’t sell it and we don’t give it to other companies to advertise to you.
To keep the site and our communication running, we use technical services such as website hosting and email. They can access the data only as far as they need to work, and they’re bound by contract to protect it. If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the conversation also goes through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), under that service’s rules.
We only disclose data to authorities when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests and conversations: if we don’t go on to work together, we delete them within 2 weeks of our last conversation at the latest.
- Contract and invoice data: for the duration of our collaboration and then for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Technical access data: for as long as the hosting provider keeps it for security and operation.
After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right:
- to find out what data we hold about you and get a copy (right of access);
- to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- to have your data erased;
- to restrict the processing;
- to receive your data in a structured format or have it sent to another company (portability);
- to object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing done before.
To use any of these rights, write to us at contact@sivelto.com. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you’re not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or with the authority in your own EU country.
Keeping your data safe
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to incoming requests is limited to the people on our team who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures so your data isn’t lost, misused or accessed without authorisation.
Children
Our site and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
